Do I need planning permission for an extension in Surrey?

You may not need planning permission for your home extension if it meets certain requirements. Small single- or two-storey rear extensions and small loft conversions, for example, may fall within 'permitted development’ rules and require no planning permission.

Whether your project qualifies as permitted development or not, Refresh Renovations® will take care of all required planning and building regulations permits as part of their end-to-end project management service.
