Do kitchen installations require planning permission?

If you plan on only switching out old kitchen models for new ones, you generally will not require planning permission. If you will be changing the layout of your kitchen, including the layout of your plumbing and electrics, or if construction work will be required, you will likely require planning permission and possibly building regulations approval. It’s important to note that significant changes to the interiors of heritage listed homes will usually require permission before any work commences. The Refresh team can take care of all of this for you.
