The team worked on site for just over two months and have completely renovated our whole home. It now has a contemporary feel and is constantly complimented by visitors.

I used Refresh and Kelley to completely redecorate the ground floor including large open plan living area, kitchen, office and utility room. The job involved re-tiling the whole area and painting some walls and wallpapering. As well as skirting boards and finishing: grouting/sealing etc. It truly is a fully managed service right down to prep work, removal of waste (including all the tiles), and even help/advice with choosing the right tiles and even colour scheme. The quality of the finish was outstanding; each worker was quick, clean and very professional. The pricing was very honest given the level of service, with no hidden costs. I would thoroughly recommend for anyone wanting a high-quality finish, and hassle-free experience.

First-rate project management - getting plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, tilers and plasterers lined up to come in on time one after the other, they turned our worn-out, antiquated and quirky bathroom into something fit for a luxury hotel, more or less within the relatively short timescale quoted.

Kelley and her team did a great job refurbishing our two bathrooms. It was a one-stop shop service from start to finish and Kelley guided us from day 1, including designing the bathrooms, helping us choose the right products, never once being pushy and always cognisance of our budget and schedule requirements. The work was done to a very high standard by workmen who were friendly, polite and professional who tidied up after each day and left the finished bathrooms looking immaculate and better than expected.
